Splash Zone Birthday Parties


Birthday Parties at Splash Zone'Are you planning a birthday party? Have a splashtacular birthday party at Splash Zone. Our meeting room is available for your private use for two hours on Saturdays and Sundays. You're welcome to provide food for your guests and then they can enjoy swimming during open swim times or shooting hoops during open gym times (contact Splash Zone for current open swims and gyms). A refrigerator and sink are available for your use. Please remember that all food must be consumed in the meeting room only! Prior reservations are necessary. You'll pay a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold your special day. The deposit will include the two-hour room rental and up to 20 guests. A $5 group fee will be charged for each additional person over 20. Admission fees apply to all swimming and non-swimming patrons. Call Splash Zone to reserve your day and time!

Guidelines

Please read the following items that refer to your use of our Meeting Room for your event.

  • Food may be brought in for your party. Splash Zone will be unable to store food items and gifts anywhere within the facility until 15 minutes before the start of your scheduled meeting room time. At that time, all food and gifts must be brought to the meeting room. If party guests arrive anytime prior your scheduled meeting room time (to swim or to watch swimmers), it is your responsibility to collect the gifts and store them somewhere outside the facility (ex. in your car) until 15 minutes before your scheduled meeting room time. We do have a small refrigerator and freezer that you may use but this space is limited and there may be parties using this space before and after your scheduled meeting room time.
  • The $200 fee covers the cost of admission for 20 guests regardless if they swim or not. You must let the front desk know if you will be covering the cost of over 20 guests or you are to provide a list of those who are covered so Splash Zone can charge those not on the list @ $5.00 /person. The front desk will assume all extra guests fees will be covered by you unless told otherwise. All guests are required to sign/check in at the front desk.
  • Confetti is not permitted as a decoration in the meeting room.
  • At the end of your party we ask that you please leave the meeting room the way that you found it. This includes sweeping the floor if needed and cleaning up after your guests. If the trash container is getting full please inform the person at the front desk so it can be emptied. Please do not leave anything in the refrigerator or freezer. A Room Rental fee may be assessed for not leaving the Meeting Room in good order.
  • Running back and forth from the meeting room to the pool is not permitted. Please plan to swim before or after your meeting room use. Please enter and exit the pool area through the locker rooms.
  • Please note that Splash Zone does not offer refunds for inclement weather. During inclement weather, every effort will be made to keep our pool open or to reopen it 30 minutes after severe weather has passed. If the weather necessitates the cancellation of your scheduled event, please see front desk personnel to reschedule.
  • Lifeguards are on duty for the protection of everyone.Splash Zone policy is 4 children per 1 adult for all patrons. Children 11 and under must have an adults accompanying them at all times. Children 7 and under may not be more than an arm's length away from the adult that is accompanying them at any time
  • In the interest of keeping our pool deck clean, street shoes must be cleaned or removed prior to entering the natatorium. For everyone's safety, all non-swimmers are asked to stay in our indoor bleacher area.
  • The Splash Zone diving board is for patrons who measure 48" and taller when barefoot. The water depth at the point of entry is 12 feet. Patrons who wish to use the diving board must first pass a swim test which consists of swimming front crawl for 1 length of the pool. Please see the Manager on Duty who will administer the test to your group.
  • Bathing suits must be worn in the pool. No T-shirts are permitted in Splash Zone pools. Children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper as well as swim trunks or a swim suit.
  • Because our lobby area is for public use, all personal belongings must be stored in our locker rooms. Please provide your own lock. Splash Zone is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Splash Zone does not offer life jackets for patrons to use. Life Jackets may be brought into the facility but only those which are approved by the U.S. Coast Guard. No other flotation devices are permitted at Splash Zone. No Masks and Snorkel may be worn by any child under the age of 16.
